Payment for the transport itself is handled directly between you and the driver. In accordance with our Anti-Scam policy, payment is typically made via Cash or Bank Transfer upon the safe delivery of the vehicle.
Yes. All transport providers must verify their identity and contact details before placing bids. Additionally, providers who upload valid Trade/GIT insurance documents are awarded a premium "Verified Insured" badge by our admin team. As an open marketplace, we always recommend checking a provider's reviews before accepting their quote.
If a transport provider cancels, breaks down, or fails to complete the collection, you can easily log a dispute via your User Dashboard to claim a full £15 refund of your fee.
