Your data is used strictly to facilitate the matchmaking process on the TraderMove platform. Public usernames, general town locations, and vehicle details are displayed on the public marketplace to allow Providers to calculate accurate transport quotes. Your exact identity and contact information remain completely masked and secure until a quote is officially accepted.
Trader Move Ltd will never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your direct contact information (Email and Phone Number, if applicable) with the opposing party (the specific User or Provider) after the £15 matchmaking fee has been successfully processed.
Trader Move Ltd does not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All matchmaking fee payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor.
Under UK data protection laws, you retain the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or to request the deletion of your account and associated data from our servers. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
