Welcome to TraderMove. Trader Move Ltd (registered in England) operates strictly as a digital matchmaking platform and venue. We provide a digital infrastructure designed to connect vehicle owners, private buyers, and automotive dealers (collectively referred to as "Users" or "Customers") with independent transport and recovery professionals ("Providers").
Trader Move Ltd is not a transport, logistics, or haulage company. We do not handle, drive, store, or take possession of any vehicles at any time. Any contract formed for the transportation of a vehicle is formed directly and exclusively between the User and the Provider. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
TraderMove charges a flat matchmaking fee of £15.00 to the User upon the acceptance of a transport quote. This fee is strictly for the service of introducing the two parties and unlocking communication/contact details. This matchmaking fee is strictly non-refundable once the contact details have been unlocked, regardless of whether the transport successfully takes place, unless the Provider is entirely at fault (e.g., cancellation or breakdown) and a valid dispute is lodged.
Providers are not charged any commission or subscription fees by Trader Move Ltd to use the platform.
Trader Move Ltd operates a tiered verification system. Providers must verify their contact and address details to access the platform. Providers may optionally upload Trade and Goods In Transit (GIT) insurance documents to earn a premium "Verified Insured" badge. However, we do not underwrite, guarantee, or legally verify the authenticity or active status of any profiles or uploaded documents. Users are strictly advised to perform their own due diligence, request proof of insurance, and confirm the identity of the Provider before releasing any vehicle or goods.
To protect all parties, Trader Move Ltd explicitly prohibits the requesting or paying of advance cash deposits for transport services. All transport fees negotiated on the platform should be paid directly to the Provider upon successful collection or safe delivery of the vehicle (Payment on Delivery), unless otherwise securely negotiated between the two parties. Trader Move Ltd does not hold escrow for the transportation costs.
Under no circumstances shall Trader Move Ltd be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or delays arising from the transportation of vehicles booked through this platform. All claims regarding vehicle damage, non-delivery, or financial disputes must be resolved directly between the User and the Provider.
Platform members (both Users and Providers) are strictly prohibited from sharing direct contact information (such as phone numbers or email addresses) in the public marketplace or preliminary messaging system prior to the acceptance of a quote and the payment of the matchmaking fee. Any attempts to circumvent the platform to avoid the matchmaking fee will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
